Pre-owned tack will show varying degrees of wear consistent with its age and previous use. Items listed as new may have minor cosmetic flaws, marks, or imperfections and should not be expected to be in pristine, full-retail condition. We carefully photograph and describe each item to the best of our ability, and encourage you to review all photos and descriptions and contact us with any questions before ordering.
RETURN POLICY
To verify eligibility before anything gets shipped back please email us your order number and more information at admin@doubleoaktack.com. Items in this collection may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, with all Double Oak Tack and/or original product tags still attached. Items that have been used, altered, damaged, cleaned, conditioned, or otherwise changed after delivery are not eligible for return.
Refunds to the original payment method will be issued less original shipping charges (if item returned qualified for free shipping actual cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted), return shipping costs, and a 3% card processing fee. If you choose to receive your refund as Double Oak Tack store credit, the 3% card processing fee will be waived. Shipping charges remain non-refundable.
