For trials we keep them simple! Simply purchase the saddle and you receive an automatic 4 day trial which starts the day you receive the saddle. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all of our saddles anywhere in the U.S. (lower 48) ON US! Our website is updated daily and provides the most accurate information on the status of our inventory. We DO NOT offer trials outside of the USA. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. To place an INTERNATIONAL order please contact us at info@doubleoaktack.com
Refunds
All saddles returned during the 4-day trial period will be refunded minus our $90 restocking fee. PAYMENTS MADE WITH AFFIRM ARE FINAL SALE AND DO NOT COME WITH A TRIAL OR RETURN OPTION. If we do not hear from you by the fourth day the saddle is considered sold. We do not accept returns on any saddles after the 4 day trial period. We do not offer refunds on any accessories or tack items, saddles only.
Returns
We do not offer any returns on accessories or tack items. SADDLES ONLY. If for any reason you need to return your saddle simply inform us during your 4-day trial period and send it back. If for any reason you need an extension on your trial please inform us DURING your 4 day trial period and we will be happy to work with you! ANY saddle order cancellations made after purchase and prior to shipping will be LESS our $90 CANCELLATION FEE. Please ask any questions PRIOR to ordering if you are not sure about an item.
Your trial is your time to look over the saddle, and check fit for you and your horse. You are welcome to have any of our saddles inspected by your fitter or trainer but no alterations can be made during the trial.
All saddles are shipped via a traceable carrier and can only be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. If you would like to schedule an appointment to try multiple saddles we offer saddle fittings within the Dallas Fort-Worth metroplex for a fee of $125. PLEASE NOTE: We are currently fully booked and 2-3 weeks out on in-barn fittings so plan accordingly.
All saddles and accessories are sold as is. We, Double Oak Tack, are not the manufacturer therefore we do not offer any guarantee or warranty on any saddles or accessories we sell.
